For developers

What is SeedEnv?
SeedEnv is a pre-release QA and human validation platform. Developers fund a cohort for a TestFlight or Play testing build, and verified testers complete defined tasks and submit structured reports with proof.
How much does SeedEnv cost?
You choose the reward per task and the number of tester slots. Custom drops are pay-per-tester from a prepaid balance: you top up (from $10) instead of paying the whole budget, and each tester you accept draws their reward plus a 20% platform fee (with a $15 minimum per cohort, taken with the first accepted tester). There are no card processing or top-up fees. For example, 25 testers at $4 is $100 in rewards and $20 in platform fees, $120 in total if every place fills. New prepaid bundles use the same 20% fee with a $15 minimum: the Google Play 14-Day Closed Test is $96 ($80 rewards + $16 fee) and the Flash Concurrency Drop is $210 ($175 rewards + $35 fee). Existing paid cohorts retain their recorded terms. The fee is never deducted from the advertised tester reward.
How does escrow work?
On custom drops, each tester's reward is drawn from your prepaid balance and held the moment you accept them, so testers always start against funded money. Bundles are paid in full through Stripe before the cohort goes live. Rewards are authorized on approval or after 48 hours without review, unless held for denial or fraud review. Transfers remain subject to Stripe payout readiness.
What if not enough testers join, or I cancel?
On custom drops you only pay for testers you accept. If an accepted tester withdraws, misses the 24-hour start window, or a manual review confirms denial of their work, their paid place is reused before anything new is drawn. Pending denial cases keep their place and unpaid reward held. When you end a cohort or it expires, paid places nobody is using return to your balance (reward + platform fee). You can reuse the balance or refund it to your card from Billing. Testers already working can still submit and are paid for approved work.
What happens if I don't review a submission?
You have 48 hours after proof is submitted to approve, request a revision, or deny it for manual review. Unreviewed proof auto-approves after 48 hours unless held for fraud review. Revisions pause the clock until resubmission. Every developer denial holds only that work's unpaid reward until an operator approves it or confirms denial; it cannot auto-approve during that hold.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. On custom drops, unused places (reward + platform fee) return to your prepaid balance when you end a cohort or it expires, and you can refund the balance in full to your card any time from Billing. On prepaid bundles, unused rewards are refunded, and the platform fee is refunded only if no tester ever started, except under the Google Play 14-Day retention guarantee: if fewer than 12 SeedEnv testers stay opted in to your closed test for 14 continuous days, the full amount paid is refunded. Rewards already approved or paid cannot be refunded.
Do I get receipts for my company?
Yes. Company billing details and downloadable PDF receipts are available in the Billing section of the developer console.

For testers

Who can become a tester?
Anyone 18 or older who agrees to the Terms of Service. Some cohorts require specific devices, operating system versions, or reputation levels.
Am I guaranteed to be paid?
No. Complete the published instructions, evidence standards, and required participation period, including 14 continuous days where stated. Unreviewed proof auto-approves after 48 hours unless held for denial or fraud review. Every developer denial holds only that work's unpaid reward for manual review; an operator may approve it or confirm denial. Other earnings and money already paid are unaffected. Signup or submission alone does not guarantee earnings.
How do payouts work?
Connect a Stripe Express account to receive approved rewards. Your connected account's schedule determines when funds reach your bank. Approved work stays pending until its payment transfer succeeds.
How do I manage Stripe and tax forms?
SeedEnv never collects SSNs or tax IDs. We route all payout setup, bank account updates, and 1099 or equivalent tax-document access through your Stripe Express dashboard. From the account dashboard, use the Stripe Express login to update payment details, view tax documents, and manage your payout preferences directly in Stripe.
What is the legal entity behind SeedEnv?
SeedEnv is operated by TERIMUS LLC, a Florida single-member LLC. All legal, payout, and operational disclosures assume TERIMUS LLC as the responsible operator unless otherwise stated in a specific contract or invoice.
Can I share what I'm testing?
No. Unreleased builds and confidential developer details must be kept private, as covered by the Terms of Service.
